Vehicle Drop Off
We have a convenient drop off service for your
vehicle during, before or after hours which are:
Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Simply pull up, fill out your information on the envelope, place your keys in envelope and drop into the secure slot.
If during open hours feel free to honk your horn to notify us of your arrival.
To put your mind at ease while having service work performed, we have implemented precautionary measures as recommended by the CDC as best practices for sanitizing and social distancing. You may schedule a service appointment online or call 360-310-4097. We have a convenient drop off service for your vehicle during, before or after hours which are Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Simply pull up, get an envelope, fill in the information and drop your keys in envelope and insert into the slot. If during open hours feel free to honk your horn to notify us of your arrival. If you feel comfortable coming into the service drive, we’ll give you a clipboard with paperwork that you may sign and attach your keys or you can drop keys in a designated space. If you choose to stay and wait while service is being performed please feel confident:
- The dealerships are being sanitized throughout the day and
- We’re practicing social distancing in the service drive and customer lounges.
Before performing your service:
- We’ll sanitize your vehicle by cleaning the knobs, steering wheel, door handles, levers and instrument panel plus
- We’ll put protective covers on the floor, seats and steering wheel.
Your service adviser will contact you by phone, text or email, whichever your prefer, to go over services or to notify you when your vehicle is ready. When delivering your vehicle back to you we will again sanitize the knobs, steering wheel, door handles, levers and instrument panel and remove all coverings.
